Welcome to Matt’s Mobile Tech Support. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Matt’s Mobile Tech Support provides on-site computer, printer, and network repair services for homes and small businesses in the Las Vegas Valley. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Slow Computer Repair (PC & Mac)
- Virus & Malware Removal
- Printer Setup & Repair
- WiFi & Network Setup
- New Computer Setup
We will perform and provide computer services, repairs, and upgrades as requested by you, the customer. We will not be liable for any loss of data or damage to your equipment that occurs during the provision of our services. We recommend that you back up all your data before we begin any work on your computer.
2. Payment
Our rates are $125/hour for residential services and $150/hour for business services, with a one-hour minimum. We will provide you with an estimate for any additional hardware or time required before proceeding with the work. Payment is due upon completion of our services.
3. No Fix, No Fee Guarantee
We offer a “No Fix, No Fee” guarantee. If we are unable to diagnose or resolve the issue with your computer, you will not be charged for our services. This guarantee does not apply if you prevent us from performing our services or if the issue is caused by a pre-existing condition that you did not disclose to us.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Matt’s Mobile Tech Support be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
The content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Matt’s Mobile Tech Support and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
